Overall, this are well made boots, but I returned them because I did not like the bulky heel and slippery sole. They were comfortable, and not very high. I am size 7 in my left foot and 7.5 in my right foot (24.5 cm), I ordered size 38; they fit just fine. They look exactly like in the picture, but the heel is not very stylish.
