I have had many timberland products and have always been satisfied with them. I bought these boots a year ago and liked the look and fit. About one month ago holes developed in the rubber heels. They fill with mud and gravel and make a mess. I have never had an experience like this with timberland shoes. I think I may have gotten a defective product. I contacted the seller and he refuses to respond to me
