Took a leap of faith with these boots and I was disappointing. The boots say they range from size 10-11, I am a 10 1/2 and these boots were more like 11. The description to these boots do not have any indication on how they run (large or small). Customer services was prompt when I asked to return them. There return policy is very strict. Keep that in mind if returning an item. So I reordered the 8-9 boot that fit my 10 1/2 foot. Not everything was bad, I really do enjoy the quality of the boot. Thank you
