The price for these boots was very reasonable. Given that I did not expect a lot. The boots fit over shoes with elastic so you must wear shoes. Also, I bought them for my grandson, 5, and they were too large for the feet and would not stay up on the lower leg. They would be better for middle elementary school kids--if they are into dressing up.
