This is the new door boot for several GE front loaders washing machines. GE sell the replacement part for $169. This on is half the price. GE won't admit there the original rubber door boot has an issue that will crack in one of the bottoms comers after 1.5years of usage and leak water. This one is a darker color, thicker rubber and improved design. Easy for the DIY to change in less than an hour (removing top cover and front covers from washer).
